- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to use in connection with service requests or bookings is accurate and complete. We shall not be responsible for any delays, errors, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
- For counselling services, outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances; we do not guarantee specific results.
7. Termination and Cancellation
- Either the client or our firm may terminate services with reasonable notice.
- Where appointments or services are cancelled after confirmation or with insufficient notice, cancellation fees may apply depending on the nature of the service and the policies of the relevant service provider.
